cooking's a breeze half kids apron

So I had this idea one night, I wanted to see if I could make a kids 1/2 apron. Not just any 1/2 apron one of the frilly fun ones that have a 50's feel to it. So I took out my tape measure and made this pattern up. I think it came out better than i anticipated, I'm now working of variations of this aprons. Look for the matching adult apron soon!

Lunch Anyone?

Ok so recently purchased some lunch bags, after looking at the design I thought I could do that myself. So here is my experiment...a laminated lunch bag. To make the lunchroom experience complete the pictures were taken in a real school cafeteria! Handcrafted by me, what do you think would you buy one? How much would you pay for it.

Carly wearing the Funky Olive

Carly (my adorable niece) is wearing the apron I like to call the Funky Olive. Why is it called the Funky Olive? Well I thinkthe pattern looks like olives in funky orange and green colors. It's fun, different and a must have for little girl and boy cooks! The Funky Olive sells for $18.95 (that includes personalization).

Big/Little Sister Set

One of the most popular set I make is the Big/Little Brother shirt set. So It seemed natural to create a Big/Little Sister Set. I decided to do the big sister shirt in pink and the little sister shirt in white. That way they compliment each other, rather than being too matchy. This set sells for $29.95.

Mono A

No this isn't a weird new disease, it's what I like to call my lower case monogrammed items. For this set I did a lowercase monogrammed applique.

Baby Avery

I recently went to a baby shower for a friend of mine and I made a couple of things that I thought turned out cute. I embroidered the baby's name on a stripe onesie. I thought it was adorable! Tell me what you think.

My Favorite Helpers

So I know this isn't related to anything else i post...but I just had to give you a glimpse of my favorite helpers and models!

Ginger Skirt

So here is my first attempt at making a twirl skirt. I has some cute fabric and I just wanted to see if I can do it. I think it turned out ok...but then I am my own worst critic!

My beautiful model is holding her favorite accessory...Roxy!
