My extremely happy daughter is modeling her birthday outfit. It's skirt made from a free tutorial you can get at T and Me. The pattern is quick and easy to follow. I made the applique shirt to match. Total time making the entire outfit, 1 hr.

I am guilty of being neglectful! Sometimes life gets so crazy that I need to neglect something, in this case it was the blog...please forgive me! Here are some cute projects I've been working on. Enjoy!!

The designs below are once that I came up with for a custom burp cloth set for a baby shower, from what I understand the recipient LOVED the end result!

Part of what is a lot of fun with what we do is we can see stuff in stores and add our own creations to design some of the cutest little gift sets you've ever seen!

Here is what Cheryl made for my good friend Maria and her new little baby boy. I put together the design and she stitched it up! Together I think we picked a real winner with this set!

Funky Monkey Baby Quilt

I was browsing through pictures today and I came across a picture I took of a quilt I made. Now this was my first quilt ever. I made it for my nephew and gave it to him right after he was born. I do have to confess I had my mom finish the bias trim around the outside edge. Overall I think it was a good effort. My friend Carrie (the quilting queen) helped my come up with the design. Without her encouragement I don't think i would've been able to finish it!

Who knows maybe I'll have to do a couple more for a niece and nephew who will be born soon.
